As HR (L&D) managers care about need, objectives and measurement, understanding these three areas will make it easier to design and deliver a programme HR managers will value.
During the event Chris Bowies focused on the following:

- Writing objectives – how HR managers frame programme objectives
- Measurement – how HR managers measure the impact of a training intervention
