The publication is written by and for our members and its articles and features serve the needs and interests of business English professionals around the world. The articles range from teaching tips, to book reviews to event reports and so much more.

Business Issues 111 – Call for article submissions

We are happy to invite you to contribute to IATEFL BESIG’s newsletter, Business Issues, vol 111.
Business Issues is the official newsletter of the IATEFL Business English Special Interest Group and is published throughout the year. For Business Issues, we welcome submissions from early career, mid-career, and experienced professionals on all topics related to business English.
For information about the type of articles accepted for publication in Business Issues, kindly refer to the previous editions available in the Members-Only section of the IATEFL BESIG website – https://besig.iatefl.org/membership-preview/. For further information regarding submission guidelines, please refer to the submission guidelines on our website.
Kindly note, for vol 111, we would expect your contribution by the 15 of December 2023 and will be happy to provide you with any assistance that you may need during the submission process.

Please include your name, address and, if possible, a photo of yourself and some biographical details – maximum 40 words – so we can tell our readers who you are.
Photographs and graphics should be saved separately as .jpg files (not embedded in Word documents).
Contributing to Business Issues
We welcome contributions from all our members. Articles should not exceed 1200 words. Although every effort is made to include articles accepted for publication in the next issue, IATEFL BESIG reserves the right to postpone publication if necessary.
Please note that our policy is to publish non-commercial articles only. IATEFL BESIG also reserves the right to refuse any article.
